BORIS Johnson has been spotted at a restaurant with Carrie and baby Wilfred as the Afghanistan evacuation crisis deepens.
The Prime Minister shared a romantic night out in swanky Chelsea, West London, with his pregnant wife and one-year-old son.
The couple dined at La Famiglia Italian restaurant, with a large entourage accompanying them.
They were seen heading towards a waiting vehicle to whisk them away after enjoying a meal at the legendary establishment.
Mr Johnson, who married Carrie, 33, in front of close friends and family at Westminster Cathedral in May, looked pensive as he walked towards the restaurant last night.
It comes as he faces mounting pressure over the spiralling chaos in Afghanistan, amid calls for him to sack Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab.
AFGHANISTAN CHAOS
Horrific scenes in Kabul have shown thousands of desperate Afghans trying to board US and British planes.
Seven people including a toddler were crushed to death in a stampede at Kabul airport as families attempt to flee the Taliban.
An embattled Mr Johnson has refused to accept America’s “false deadline” for pulling out of Afghanistan.
The PM insists he will keep a presence for as long as it takes to get people out of the war-torn country.
US President Joe Biden has promised the military mission will end on August 31.
But a senior government source said: “The situation is in flux. It would be unwise to impose a deadline.
Meanwhile, Mr Raab has come under fire for not ringing his counterpart in Kabul while enjoying a family beach break in sun-kissed Crete.
It's claimed he defied orders to cut short his holiday two days before Afghanistan collapsed into chaos.
A senior Downing Street official told Mr Raab to return from Crete on Friday, August 13 to take charge as the Taliban reached Kabul.
'UNBELIEVABLE'
Ministers were shocked when Mr Raab joined a Cobra meeting by video call from his luxury hotel on Sunday– as turmoil descended on Afghanistan.
An insider told The Sun: “It was unbelievable. There were heart-wrenching scenes of desperate people scrambling to escape on one screen – and Dom in his beach resort on the other.”
The claims have ramped up pressure on Mr Raab, with Labour and Tory MPs leading calls for him to resign.
He had already spent seven days at his five-star Aegean beachfront resort when he was told to return to the UK to handle the crisis.
But allies of Mr Raab insist he was assured by Mr Johnson he could stay on.
The PM says he “absolutely” has full confidence in the Foreign Secretary as he threw a protective arm around Mr Raab.
