Dallas Love Field Airport on lockdown after 'security breach' as hundreds of passengers fume over delays

DALLAS Love Field Airport was reportedly on lockdown after a "security breach" as hundreds of passengers fumed over delays.

Video posted to social media appeared to show one person being detained as passengers reported major delays at terminals and baggage claim on Sunday night.

Dallas Texas TV reported that one man ran through a TSA checkpoint and had been arrested.

Other videos show hundreds of people standing around waiting in various parts of the airport.

Dallas Love Field's official Twitter account did respond to several tweets complaining about the wait times.

However, the airline said that it did not delay or cancel any flights.

Several people also took to Twitter to complain about flights that were headed to the Dallas airport being diverted.

The airline has not released an official statement about the delays as of late Sunday night.

The Federal Aviation Administration reported delays of only 15 minutes or less at the airport on Sunday night.

However, passengers posting to Twitter said that the waits were far longer.
