SNOW is set to fall over Britain from next week as clear skies today make way for the white stuff.
Temperatures are expected to reach highs of 20C today, with those in the South East enjoying the best of the sunshine.
But the balmy weather won't last into the week – with heavy downpours and even snow falling over parts.
According to the Met Office, the white stuff is expected over higher ground in Scotland from Monday.
Met Office forecaster Annie Shuttleworth told The Mirror: "From Monday there are some signals of some snow showers over the hills in Scotland, fairly typical for the time of year.
"We're not expecting snow in any low lying areas. Or any disruption from it."
