Scattered heavy showers and thunderstorms are set to bring some local travel disruption to Northern Ireland this evening.
A yellow weather warning is in place until 8pm – as people will be lashed with torrential rain and downpours.
Flooding is likely – along with damage to buildings because of the persistent rainfall.
The Met Office said: "Scattered heavy showers and thunderstorms will develop across Northern Ireland this afternoon.
"Hail, lightning and locally heavy rain are expected, with 10-15 mm of rain in a few places within 1-2 hours."
Elsewhere this weekend, it's set to be rainy – with heavy showers and thunderstorms across the country.
ON THE LASH
Low pressure coming in from the west will meet with jet stream arriving from the south, and this occluded front will make for a miserable, rainy Saturday for Brits.
Temperatures are also expected to be below average, as Brits brave the final weekend of forced al fresco dining.
On Sunday, more showers are expected – with heavy outbursts in Wales and Southern England in the weekend washout.
And winds will make the air feel chilly, with highs of just 14C expected over the weekend.
However, Monday will be the first time in months that indoor dining and boozing will be allowed after England was plunged into the thirdĀ coronavirusĀ lockdown on January 4.
The good news is that there will NOT be a curfew when pubs open for indoor drinking.
And you won't have to order a "substantial" meal either like you did when rules were lifted last year.
Pub beer gardens and restaurant terraces opened again on April 12 for outdoor dining and drinking as part of theĀ staged roadmapĀ for leavingĀ lockdownĀ behind.
The loosening of rules on May 17 will give Brits a well deserved taste of freedom – but it's thought the PM urged the public to use their "common sense."
And as the wet weather continues, punters will finally be able to shelter indoors and enjoy a pint.
Meanwhile, Ladbrokes has once again slashed the odds on this going down as the wettest May on record.
