THIS is the horror moment a nightmare neighbour wielding a three-foot sword tries to smash down a family's door.
The terrifying doorbell footage shows Firas El Hejjaji, 29, hacking at the house with the massive metal blade.
The fury on his face is obvious as he swings the sword with all his might, before a woman steps in and pulls him away.
El Hejjaji was arrested and fined for criminal damage not long after the horror unfolded earlier this month – but he was back living at home just 24 hours later.
The 29-year-old's neighbours have now opened up about their fears of staying next door to him.
The dad-of-one, who has not been named, said the knife attack had come after months of growing tensions around anti-social behaviour.

He claimed El Hejjaji had a grudge against him for no reason, and he now worries for the safety of his young family.
The dad told MailOnline: "He smashed our door up and if he’d been able to get to me I think he’d have smashed me up too.
"I can’t believe that we are expected to live next door to this man after he’s menaced us like this."
The Essex man said he felt vulnerable and at his wit's end as to how to deal with El Hejjaji.

He added: "His behaviour has been impossible to live with – he’ll play rap music full of swearing at deafening volume in his back garden when our young child is just a few feet away trying to play in his paddling pool.
"It’s made living here extremely stressful and unpleasant for months."
The family's doorbell camera also snapped footage of El Hejjaji stalking around the garden in the darkness of night wielding the long-bladed weapon.
He can be seen slashing at one of their plants one on occasion, and just strolling past with the sword in hand at another.
The dad is now pleading with the police to treat the matter more seriously as he and his wife are expecting their second child.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: "We were called to reports of damage caused to a property in Braintree at around 4.15pm on 18 July.
"Twenty-nine year-old Firas Hejjaji, of Braintree was arrested and later charged with criminal damage.
"He appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on July 19 and pleaded guilty to the charge. He was ordered to pay £1,500 compensation."
