Party-mad mum, 30, slapped with 90-day booze ban after kicking paramedic in the head and attacking cop

A PARTY-MAD mum has been slapped with a 90-day booze ban after kicking a paramedic in the head and attacking a cop.

Danielle Williams, 30, attacked an ambulance worker before turning on a police officer who was trying to help her.

The woman from Hull, East Yorkshire, was charged with two counts of assault by beating an emergency worker and using threatening words likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, Hull Live reports.

Williams pleaded guilty at Hull Magistrates' Court on May 14.

She was sentenced to a 12-month community order and was ordered to abstain from alcohol for 90 days.

The mum also has to attend rehab for 10 days and pay £200 in compensation, according to Hull Live.

PARTY LIFESTYLE

The party-lover often posted photos on social media with pints and cans of beer.

But following the ban, she will now be required to cut out alcohol for three months.

Courts may decide to impose a Drinking Banning Order if people break the law or cause problems while drinking alcohol.

Reasons you may get a DBO include vandalism and graffiti, antisocial behaviour, violent or threatening behaviour and urinating in public, according to the Government's official website.

Getting a DBO means you may not be allowed to drink or possess alcohol in public, buy alcohol or enter certain places that serve alcohol.

A DBO can last between 2 months and 2 years.

Anyone breaching the order could be taken to court and fined up to £2,500.
