A SHOCKING video shows youths trying to lift a level-crossing barrier moments before a train speeds by at 125mph.
Network Rail called the clip from March “extremely concerning” and said the action could have had “tragic consequences".
The CCTV footage shows the group playing with the barrier in Rossington, South Yorks.

Vicki Beadle, from the train operator, said: “These are lowered for a reason and it’s never safe to interfere with them.”
Tony McGhin, British Transport Police inspector, said: “Messing around with these mechanisms is irresponsible, stupid and incredibly dangerous.”
He urged anyone who witnesses a level-crossing being misused or interfered with to text 61016 or call 0800 405040.
