Katie Price ‘faces being questioned by police after ex-husband Kieran Hayler reported her for harassment’ amid long-running dispute with the model

Katie Price will reportedly be questioned by police after ex-husband Kieran Hayler reported her for harassment. 

The former model, 44, was reported after she shared an Instagram Story that accused Kieran, 35, of being abusive. She has since deleted the post. 

She made the comments after news broke that Kieran had been questioned by police in relation to suspected stalking.

A source told The Sun that this prompted Kieran’s response, claiming: ‘He called police as he thinks Katie has gone too far again.

‘He’s reported her to police for harassment and he hopes action will finally be taken against Katie.

‘He’s extremely upset and denies everything she’s accusing him of.’

A Sussex Police spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘Sussex Police are investigating a report of harassment made to a person at an address in Petworth at about 7pm on December 6. Enquiries are ongoing.’

MailOnline has contacted representatives for Katie and Kieran for comment.

His spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘Kieran assisted the police with their enquires no further action is expected to be taken.’

However, his ex-wife Katie’s representative disputed this version of events when contacted by MailOnline.

The exes – whose divorced was finalised in June after three years – have been at loggerheads for months. 

They share son Jett, seven, and daughter Bunny, six. 

Speaking in her Channel 4 documentary, Katie Price: Trauma And Me, the former model claimed she has limited access to her two youngest children after her already strained relationship with Kieran broke down.

Katie said: ‘The hardest thing I’ve had to deal with in the recent months is having limited access to some of my kids.

‘Recent events have meant I’m seeing my youngest children less and the relationship between me and their father has broken down.’

She added: ‘It’s not good for my mental health and it’s certainly not good for their mental health. They should be having their mum in their life. At the moment I’m stuck in this rut with Jett and Bunny and it is frustrating for me.

‘You know, seven months, how has it even got to this? It’s heart-breaking and I just wish it wasn’t like this. All I can do is hope that this won’t be forever.’

In August it was claimed that Katie was in hot water with Kieran over an online video of their daughter Bunny. 

‘Alarm bells’ were said to have rang after Kieran watched a video of his daughter eating a lollipop, which has since been deleted by the ex glamour model.

The three-minute long video saw Bunny eating a lollipop, calling it ASMR, also known as autonomous sensory meridian response videos – which feature sounds that provoke a relaxed and pleasant sensation in the body – with fans using them to de-stress or drift off to sleep.

ASMR occurs involuntarily and is induced by focusing on auditory, tactile, or visual triggers.

Common examples of these triggers include receiving or watching someone else receive personal attention, such as massages or hair brushing, and also from listening to soft sounds such as whispers or tapping.

Back in June, Katie avoided jail for a restraining order breach against Kieran’s fiancée Michelle Penticost after claiming she ‘misunderstood’ the rules of a restraining order when she sent a ‘vile and nasty’ message about Michelle.

Kieran and Michelle admitted they were ‘incredible disappointed’ by the verdict, after Katie admitted the breach, when she sent a text to Kieran branding Michelle Penticost a ‘gutter s**g’.

The former I’m A Celeb star was banned from contacting Michelle directly or indirectly for five years in June 2019 after hurling a foul-mouthed ‘tirade of abuse’ at her during a row in a school playground.

The text message sent to Kieran in breach of the order read: ‘Tell your c***ing w***e piece of s**t girlfriend not to start on me.

‘She has a restraining order so shouldn’t try antagonise me as she is in breach and I’m sure she doesn’t want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s**g.’

The court heard that her message to Kieran may have been triggered by an Instagram post by Michelle, which she denies was aimed at Katie.

But at Lewes Crown Court Price was told she would not be going to prison, but would have to do 170 hours of community service and pay £1,500 costs.
