Lizzie Cundy has slammed Meghan Markle as “disrespectful” and “hypocritical” ahead of her bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.
The 39 year old has taken part in a "tell-all" interview with chat show legend Oprah alongside her husband Prince Harry, 36, which will air in the US on Sunday night, 7 March.
And now Lizzie, 52, who claims Meghan ghosted her once she got engaged to Harry, has urged her former friend to “do the right thing” and pull the interview.

“For someone that wants privacy, they’re doing it in a very funny way,” Lizzie exclusively tells OK! online.
“I knew Meghan before and there seems to be a track record with her. I just feel with Meghan, she tends to use people. Once they’ve finished their purpose, she gets rid of them.
“She says one thing to get the applaud and then does another. It’s hypocritical. They say they want privacy, yet they’re doing this huge interview with Oprah and dishing the dirt on the royal family.”
Meghan Markle hints The Firm are 'perpetuating falsehoods' about her and Prince Harry in new teaser from Oprah interview
Buckingham Palace are ‘very concerned’ over Meghan Markle bullying claims after she denies allegations
She continued: “On top of that, we’ve got Prince Phillip who is poorly. I think the timing of it is just dreadful. Prince Phillip is in hospital and we’re seeing trailers of her whinging. I think they should pull it.
“And I think Harry should put his foot down. Out of respect for the Queen, they need to. But I don’t think Meghan will. She wants her voice to be heard. This really isn’t the right time for the interview. I think they’re going to get a backlash from this if they continue.”
In a dramatic teaser ahead of the interview, Meghan calls the royal family “The Firm” and accuses them of “perpetuating falsehoods”.

Lizzie says: “I think it’s really disrespectful to the Queen. To call them ‘The Firm’ is totally disrespectful. They are Harry’s family – to call them The Firm, that’s so wrong.”
Meghan, who is expecting her and Harry's second child, has also been hit by allegations she "drove two personal assistants out of the household" during her time at Kensington Palace, something Meghan vehemently denies.
Lizzie continued: “For two members of staff to say they were bullied is terrible. I feel she needs to take a look at herself and Harry needs to step up and say, out of respect for the Queen, this interview can’t go ahead.”
She added: “I’m sorry that Meghan feels she’s not being treated well by us, but I think we all welcomed her with open arms.
“I was the first to say I was so happy for her. I was so happy when she got with Harry. I adored her and I loved her company when I was with her. I thought she was a great girl.
“But I’m quite shocked by her behaviour. It’s a really sad loss that they’re no longer part of the royal family – it’s sad for us and I think it’s sad for them.
“I think they should pull this interview and I know a lot of people that are boycotting watching it because they don’t think this is the right thing to do."
