Ulrika Jonsson has posed completely naked in just a pair of wellies in her garden in a bid to raise funds for a men’s bereavement charity.

The 53-year-old presenter declared “it’s never unmanly to talk” as she smiled to the camera with a bright orange flower in her hair.

Strategically stood to cover her modesty, the star bared all as she pushed a large wheelbarrow around her garden.

The quiet space stretched back and featured two huge trees at the fence, and Ulrika looked completely at home as she slipped into a pair of muddy wellies for the snap.

In a photo taken by a friend, the former Gladiators host showed off her heart and sunflower tattoos as her blonde locks fell naturally around her shoulders.

Ulrika also wore a dainty silver bracelet and stud earrings, but other than that she was completely naked.

“To mark us becoming 150k strong on this page, I’m baring myself for @strongmenorguk,” the TV personality captioned her post.

“Text STRONG to 70085 to donate £5 to help men cope with bereavement; open up and talk about grief.”

In a poignant final statement, Ulrika then stated: “It’s never unmanly to talk.”

The star opted to nominate some other celebrity friends she thought may take on the challenge.

Ore Oduba, Saira Khan and James Cracknell were among the group.

Ulrika signed off by joking “no flowers were harmed in the making of this”, as fans flooded the comments with praise.

One person shared: “As a chap widowed at 42 (some 12 years ago now) I didn’t know such help existed. If not for me, but to help with bringing up our 13yr old daughter mainly.

“You bluster through, keeping a stiff-upper-doodah and so on, but it was tricky & did seem unmanly to be seen crumpling. Sounds like you’re doing and supporting an amazing thing, and on behalf of all widowed people may I say a thank you.

“For a person such as you to take the time & care is very touching. Special thing to do…,” the star’s follower added, as Ulrika replied with a series of red heart emojis.
