I’m a pregnant Hooters girl – people are amazed my uniform still fits but I have a secret | The Sun

ONE PREGNANT Hooters employee says she can still get her work gear to fit – and people are shocked given the chain's love of extra small tees.

Hooters girl Dulce has a little-known secret that allows her to comfortably work at the establishment while she's expecting.

Responding to a previous TikTok commenter that asked "does the uniform still fit!?" Hooters worker Dulce took to social media to make a video.

Surrounded by two Hooters coworkers, Dulce proudly showed off her pregnant belly.

While her colleagues had on the white Hooters tops typical for the brand, she donned a black one along with a pair of distressed denim shorts.

"We have maternity uniforms," she wrote in the caption of her video.

In a previous YouTube video, another woman, Johines Lopez, shared her experience working at Hooters while pregnant.

Lopez stated that many people don't know that you can work at Hooters while pregnant, including herself before she did.

Lopez worked at Hooters for a full year before she got pregnant, and her manager informed her that she didn't have to give up her job, despite her prior assumptions.

"He's like you get a different uniform, you don't have to wear the short shorts, it's going to be more comfortable," she recalled.

Lopez said her uniform consisted of a black short sleeve V-Neck shirt with the Hooters logo.

As for pants, instead of the orange hot pants typically required for workers, she wore long black biker shorts which she purchased herself.

"It was so comfortable, it was much more comfortable than the tight tank tops and the tight shorts," Lopez said.

"It wasn't as cute as everybody else obviously, but I mean I had a big old belly bulging out, so it was much cuter than wearing a tight tank top."

Overall, she said her managers treated her extremely well, always giving her the shifts she wanted, for instance.

"Everybody treated me like royalty when I was pregnant, it was amazing," she recollected.
