Mrs Hinch's husband Jamie Hinchcliffe looks unrecognisable in resurfaced clip from reality TV fame

MRS Hinch first became a household name back in 2018 – and as her social media following soared, Sophie's husband Jamie also found himself thrust into the spotlight.

But it turns out, this wasn't the proud dad's first brush with fame.

Back in 2003, Jamie, 42, appeared on the reality show Fash FC which followed ex-professional John Fashanu as he managed a team of amateur players.

A resurfaced clip shows a long-haired Jamie appearing in the front round of interviews wearing a white sleeveless top and beanie.

When asked to remove his hat, Jamie cheekily replied: "Have I done something wrong?”

After the initial awkward interaction, Jamie then clashes with the interviewers over his availability.

"I pay for a team in Enfield," he explained. "I play Saturday so I wouldn't have to give it up."

The interviewer then said that Jamie need to play the occasional match for their new team on Saturdays.

"That's a bit unfair as you said it was a part-time commitment," he replied. "And [you said] I've got to be available for Wednesday and Sunday."

Once he'd completed the interview, Jamie said to camera: "Yeah I think it was good!"

Jamie was a regular in the weekly noughties series which aired on Bravo and was one of 20 players picked for the team.

In later episodes, Jamie cut off all his hair and appeared on the arm of a mystery woman in one scene – as the narrator explained he was single and living in Barnet at the time.

Back in 2018, Mrs Hinch revealed during an exclusive interview with Fabulous Digital that she first met her husband Jamie while they were both working in sales.

The pair – who live in Essex – were both working for a central London job-search company before Sophie left to become a hairdresser.

In July 2019, the couple welcomed their son Ronnie and revealed on New Year's Day that they are expecting their second child.

Last year, the cleanfluencer – who now boasts over 3.9m Instagram followers – revealed that Jamie is taking time out from his job as a sales manager to concentrate on their growing family.

Writing on her Instagram Stories, she explained: "Jamie is currently on a career break, and can return at any time within a certain time period!”
