WITH December finally here, many of us will be scrambling to get our hands on Christmas presents for our loved ones.
But with a cost-of-living crisis in tow, many people are bound to feel the financial pressure this festive season.
However, one woman, Shauna Simone Byrne, has revealed that to combat these financial worries, she started her Christmas gift shopping much earlier this year, to ensure that she got great deals and wouldn’t have to fork out lots of money just before Christmas.
Shauna took to TikTok to show off her huge Christmas present collection.
But not only has Shauna spoiled her family with lots of lovely gifts, but the presents are taking over her home too.
Luckily for Shauna, she has lots of space to store the Christmas presents – that are now taking over spare bedrooms.

Shauna posted her clip to the video sharing platform with the caption ‘It’s getting out of hand this present buying!’.
She said: “Help! Good job I’ve got spare bedrooms to store stuff.
“It’s getting out of hand, this is all my Christmas presents that I’ve bought.
“I’ve wrapped half and need to wrap the rest.

“This bedroom is full of birthday presents before the end of the year, that I’ve wrapped.
“These are all presents that I’ve bought family members to gift.
“Also to add, me and my two sisters put too for five family members so I buy and store and we split costs three ways”.
In Shauna’s clip, we can see a variety of Christmas bags full of presents.
Her video has left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly racked up an impressive 61.5k views.
It has 1,142 likes, 24 comments and 11 shares.
But TikTok users were left divided at Shauna’s huge haul – while some thought it was great that she had all of her gifts sorted so early, others thought the amount of presents she had purchased was “obscene”.

One person said: “Wow you’re all sorted already, well done”.
Another added: “Go my girl, love it”.
However, trolls were shocked at Shauna’s extensive Christmas purchases and took to the comments to express this.
One user noted: “Obscene”.

Whilst someone else chimed in: “No cost of living crisis in your house” to which Shauna confirmed “I work full time and have no children.
“I like buying gifts but start buying early so as to not lose lots of money in the run up to Xmas”.
