The red carpet was rolled out for the celebrities attending the NTAs last night with the whole show being aired on ITV.

While much of the glamour was caught on the main show, some of the backstage antics didn’t make the cut.

Luckily, thanks to the star’s social media fans were able to catch up with the attendees even when the cameras stopped rolling.

Let’s take a look at all the NTAs action that we didn’t catch on our TVs last night.

Kate Garraway stole the show when she won Best Documentary for her powerful film about her husband Derek’s devastating struggle with COVID.

Following the show, the Good Morning Britain presenter FaceTimed her husband to tell him the news, sharing the moment with her Instagram following.

Alongside the picture, Kate wrote: “Have been in such an emotional daze all night I failed to get a single photo of me or the brilliant @flickerproductions team who made #findingderek@theofficalntas!!

“But maybe this is the photo you most wanted to see anyway – Me FaceTiming derek (via Darcey’s phone!) to tell him we had won! From him and from the bottom of our family’s hearts THANKYOU.”

Giovanna Fletcher glammed up for the night to reunite with her I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here campmates who won the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award.

The Queen of the Jungle shared plenty of photos of the stars of the show after admitting that this was the first NTAs she has ever attended.

Love Island star Maura Higgins finished the night in style with a burger and a large glass of wine which she shared with followers around 1am.

Meanwhile, Holly Willoughby shared a candid snap from before the event of a pre show glass of fizz with Phillip Schofield and her husband, Dan Baldwin.

Maya Jama looked flawless presenting on stage last night and over on social media gave fans a glimpse of the preparation process.

The TV star shared a snap of her glam squad in action as they got her looking her best before going on stage.

This Morning bagged the Best Daytime gong, and Zoe Williams caught the whole thing on camera to share with her followers.

The TV doctor also shared photos of her red carpet arrival and the tickets used by the celebs to access the showbiz event.

Love Island stars couldn't believe their luck in attending their first NTAs and Chloe Burrows posted plenty of backstage action – including joking that Millie Court and Liam Reardon had a very special announcement.

Meanwhile, Rochelle Humes revealed exactly what keeps the celebs going during the show sharing a photo of her seat which came with a bottle of Moet Chandon champagne.

Of course, it wouldn't be the NTAs without Ant and Dec and the long time winners looked absolutely chuffed posing with host Joel Dommett.

We just hope the celebs are feeling just as fresh this morning but something tells us that may not be the case.
