Going to the cinema to watch a blockbuster film has been sorely missed by Britons. But with news that indoor cinemas are soon reopening, Vue is offering major savings on all their locations.

The good news is big screen cinema outings are happening again.

Under current government guidelines, outdoor cinemas including drive-ins can open from today onwards, while indoor cinemas in England and Scotland will be open from May 17.

To celebrate the reopening, Vue Cinemas has launched major half price deals on all tickets.

The cinema chain is offering two for one tickets for £9, which can be used on any 2D film screening.

In addition, they are also offering five for 10 tickets for £20 and 10 for 20 tickets for £38, making it the perfect opportunity to organise a group gathering of friends and family.

The offer is available in all 87 Vue cinemas across the UK and all bookings can be made online. 

Tickets can be used on multiple visits, so there’s no need to worry about not being able to watch a new release.

Launched in 2003, the cinema chain plans to reopen to seven days a week.

Having missed showing for the majority of 2020, there are now plenty of upcoming films that are due to be shown on screens this summer. 

Movies that are coming to Vue include Black Widow, Peter Rabbit 2, Cruella, Fast & Furious 9 and more.

From big budget thrillers to comedies and action films, this offer also makes a delightful gift for film fanatics.

Under the new restrictions, cinemagoers are required to wear a face mask indoors at all times apart from when they’re eating or drinking. 

Vue has also enhanced physically distanced seating and increased cleaning between showings.

To ease booking, customers are encouraged to purchase tickets online or through the Vue app.

Hand sanitiser will also be available at all venues for customers and staff members.

Between August and November 2020, more than 1.7 million Britons visited Vue cinema.

There’s no doubting that this offer will be sure to sell-out so hurry to make sure you bag some cinema tickets.
