MASON Greenwood was watched by a transfer guru on Monday – suggesting the loanee could rejoin Manchester United.
The striker headed to LaLiga after bosses ruled he could not continue his career at Old Trafford following an investigation into his off-field behaviour.
The 22-year-old was arrested in January last year following charges of attempted rape, assault and coercive control.
The Crown Prosecution Service dropped all charges this February, and Greenwood maintains his innocence.
The ex-England player has slowly been integrated into the Getafe first team since joining the club on September 1.
And Paul Mitchell was spotted in the stands of the Coliseum on Monday watching Getafe beat Cadiz 1-0 thanks to Borja Mayoral's winner, according to Mundo Deportivo.

The Mancunian has been linked with a move to United as part of a management shake-up if Sir Jim Ratcliffe completes his 25 per cent takeover and takes control of football operations.
The ex-Southampton and Tottenham chief recently moved back to his native North West, fuelling talk that the Red Devils would be his next port of call.

Mitchell's rumoured impending return to United under Sir Jim Ratcliffe – and him travelling to Spain to watch Greenwood – could mean a return to Old Trafford for the striker is being considered.
It comes amid other hints that Greenwood could be brought back into the Man United first team despite the club claiming he would leave.
Greenwood is still technically a United player as he's at Getafe on loan.
He will once again be a member of the squad once his loan period is up.
If Sir Jim Ratcliffe does take over a part of United, he may be more open to bringing Greenwood back than the current owners are.
Greenwood started for Jose Bordalas' side and also provided the assist on 76 minutes.
He has amassed three goals and two assists in nine appearances across all competitions.
It comes as United fans reportedly want Greenwood to return following his loan spell, the Daily Star reports.
Taking to social media, one said: "Bring back my star boy."
Another wrote: "I think it is the best time we bring Mason Greenwood back from Getafe. He's just good tbh.
"Better than every forward in Man United’s squad currently. Mason should be back."
The Guardian's Jamie Jackson also said the club consider him their best player in the United fan-run Stretford Paddock's podcast.
Speaking on the podcast he said: "I do think there is a way he comes back to Manchester United.
