Helen had removed her engagement ring a month before making an official stand to end a 13 year relationship after getting together in 2009.
News emerged of the couple's break up three days after she was spotted dancing with a mystery man at a friend’s birthday party.
And it was only a few weeks after she finished filming ITV’s ITV’s I’m A Celebrity All Stars in South Africa.
A source told The Sun: "Helen has removed her engagement ring and told those close to her that she is no longer with Scott. They hit a rough patch in the summer and after she came back from South Africa their relationship ended."
