Liv Flaherty (played by Isobel Steele) received a massive wake-up call after Charity (Emma Atkins) proved her son Noah (Jack Downham) didn’t sexually assault her when she was paralytic. Ashamed that she could have gone to the police to report Noah, Liv admitted she could have “ruined his life”.
Liv was deciding whether to report Noah to the police after Gabby (Rosie Bethan) tried to convince her that Noah raped her when she was passed out drunk by a garage.
Liv, who broke her sobriety during the night in question, confessed to Gabby that she had no recollection of the evening other than Noah’s face and voice.
When Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) overheard Gabby and Liv’s conversation he was mortified and decided to confront Noah in front of his mum Charity.
Noah denied the serious accusations and explained Liv hurt him when he was trying to help her off the ground, but Aaron persuades Liv to go to the police and turn Noah in.

In Friday’s episode, Liv and Aaron contemplated whether to go to the police station, but she still had no memory of the night.
Liv told Aaron: “I just feel so ashamed about everything and it’s still so sketchy. How can I report Noah when he’s family?”
Meanwhile, Charity told a concerned Noah that they were going to pay Liv a visit to prove his innocence.
Noah told Aaron he wanted to explain himself and said he was only trying to help Liv, and swore never sexually assaulted her.
An angered Aaron said he and Liv were going to go to the police station to report the attack.
But Charity then said: “Look, I know everyone thinks Noah is a complete weirdo for all the stuff that happened with Gabby, but you can’t seriously think he’s capable of raping someone.
“He’s my son and he’s innocent. I can prove it because it’s all on [my phone].”
Determined to prove her son’s innocence, Charity showed Liv and Aaron CCTV footage from outside the garage where Noah found Liv was passed out drunk.

“Noah was on his way back from seeing school mates and that’s when he saw you [Liv] blind drunk falling over everywhere,” Charity explained.
The footage on Charity’s phone showed Liv screaming the words “get off” at Noah as he tried to help her off the ground.
After watching the CCTV footage, Liv apologised to Noah and said: “I am so sorry, I can’t believe that’s me.
“I could have really hurt [Noah] and ruin his life.”
Ashamed of her actions, Liv said: “I was blackout drunk, I could have been raped by some random person, and then Noah would have gone to prison and been on the register. Noah, I am so sorry.”
Noah told Liv he forgives her was but upset she thought he could have ever attacked her.
Charity told Liv she needed to stop drinking and get off the alcohol and said if she did not “stay off the booze” her “luck might run out”.
Liv admitted: “It really scares me, you know. Knowing I can lose it and beat someone up like that.”
Will Liv learn from this and stay away from alcohol in the future?
