RHONJ'S Teresa Giudice confessed to getting a nose job one year after her daughter Gia underwent the procedure.

The college student went under the knife last July, sharing the results on her Instagram page.

Teresa, 49, revealed that she also got a nose job by the same doctor that performed her daughter's surgery.

While appearing as the keynote speaker at the New Jersey Ultimate Women's Expo at the NJ Convention & Expo Center on Sunday, November 7, the reality star admitted to getting the procedure.

“I don’t know if anybody knows, but I did get the tip of my nose done and I was so nervous about getting it. So I guess I got a nose job — the tip of it — and I used Dr. Tobias in Englewood, [New Jersey]. He was amazing.

“After I got it done, I didn’t feel [any] pain whatsoever," she added.

The Bravo star praised her fiance Luis Reulas for his support in her decision, telling the audience: “I asked Louie, I’m, like, ‘Babe, should I get my nose done?’ And he’s like, ’Is it going to make you feel better?’ And I said, ’Yes.’ So he said, ‘Do it,'”

She then called out her co-star Margaret Josephs for trying to talk her out of getting the surgery when she first expressed interest.

“She’s like, ‘No you don’t need to do it.’ Like, ‘Really, bitch?’ Sorry, like, ‘You got so much plastic surgery, why [are] you telling me that?'," she quipped.

Teresa again gushed about her soon-to-be-husband recalling to the crowd: “But then I asked Louie and he’s like, ‘Babe if it’s going to make you feel better, do it.’ And after I did it, it made me feel better.”

Teresa's decision may have been influenced by her eldest daughter who admitted to getting a nose job last summer.

In a photo alongside her TV star mother, the 20-year-old confirmed: "Yes I got a nose job."

The young star wrote: "I am an adult now, this has been an insecurity of mine for a while and I’ve never been happier and so comfortable in my own skin!!"

Gia added that she was "absolutely in love" with her new nose.

TRANSFORMATION PICS

The plastic surgeon who performed Gia's procedure took shared on social media before-and-after photos of the New Jersey native's transformation.

Dr Geoffrey W Tobias, a New York City doctor known as "The Rhinoplasty Specialist," took to Instagram to post the series of pics.

"So many of you requested to see [Gia's] striking before/after. Stay tuned for the profile transformation!" he wrote on a September 28 post, followed by the hashtag #contouredbyTobias.

"Here it is!" he captioned a follow-up post on October 5. "So many of you requested to see a before/after of Gia’s profile transformation. Her contoured profile is now soft and balanced."

Tobias also posted a video of Gia seven weeks after her nose job, noting that her closed rhinoplasty procedure took 2.5 hours, there were no scars, and she had a "rapid recovery."

The plastic surgeon said the results were immediate and that final results were usually achieved in six to 12 months.

"It was a great recovery, the pain was very minimal," Gia said in the clip. "The hospital that I went to, Englewood Hospital, was absolutely amazing.

"I don't have any scarring. There's no incision right here so I don't have any scarring. The healing process was very quick and I'm so happy with my results."

FANS' REACTIONS

Fans had opinions about Gia's altered appearance on social media with some "begging her to stop changing her face."

One person commented: "GIA! You are so gorgeous! Stop with all the enhancements!" 

Another person said: "You were so beautiful before. Why are you changing and doing stuff to your face."

A third person chimed in: "You were naturally sooooo gorgeous! Please don’t alter your looks, your face has changed totally."

Another added: "No more plastic surgery what are you doing to yourself?"

MOM'S SUPPORT

Teresa has been open about her own cosmetic procedures in the past and publicly commented on her daughter’s post revealing her new nose.

“Couldn’t be more proud of you," she wrote. "You are beautiful inside and out. Love you to infinity and beyond.”

Although Gia's dad Joe Giudice said he supported her decision to fix an "insecurity" she had been living with "for a while," he has since questioned her mom's influence.

Teresa and her ex are also parents to daughters Audriana, 12, Gabriella, 17, and 15-year-old Milania.

Last month, the RHONJ star got engaged to her fiance Luis, 46, while vacationing together in Greece.
