SCOTT Disick revealed he felt "betrayed" by Khloe Kardashian because she "didn't give him a heads up" about Kourtney's recent engagement to Travis Barker.

Travis, 45, proposed to the mom-of-three, who shares three kids with Scott, on Sunday with a romantic beachside proposal near Santa Barbara.

In the finale season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians which aired earlier this year, the family expressed that they hoped Kourtney and Scott would end up together, but now with the engagements, Scott is coming to terms with the fact it's over for good with Kourtney.

A source exclusively revealed to HollywoodLife: "Khloe and Kris knew that Travis was going to ask Kourtney to marry him and they could've prepared him for the news.

"Instead, they pretended that they didn't know anything and kept him in the dark.

"He doesn't know if he can ever forgive them for this."

The source continued to explain: "Scott has been there for Khloe through all of her darkest times and he would always stick up for her whenever anyone came for her.

"She always made him believe that she was his sister and that there was nothing she wouldn't do for him."

Just a week before the engagement, Kourtney's sister Kim Kardashian hosted her debut on SNL, poking fun of the engaged couple's excessive displays of PDA in an amusing skit.

Kourtney snubbed her sister's SNL debut, but appeared on set a week later for Travis' music performance.

Khloe and Kim both invited Scott, 38, to the SNL after-party.

Hollywood Life's source continued to share: "Khloe and Kim made sure that Scott knew about the SNL roasting and he was all about it.

"And just before that, Khloe came to support him at his clothing line launch."

FUEL TO THE FIRE

Khloe added fuel to the fire with her repeated comments on social media in support of her sister's engagement.

She even posted a photo of the engagement to her own Instagram feed, captioning it: "LOVE conquers all things" complete with heart emojis.

Khloe posted a lengthy comment on Kourtney's post to Instagram yesterday sharing more engagement photos: "I'm so happy for you my beautiful sweet sister!

"You deserve every kiss. Every ounce of love. Ever happy thought. You deserve every single second of this! I love you and I love you!"

On Kourtney's first Instagram post announcing the engagement, Khloe posted several red heart emojis in response.

'OFFICIALLY LOST HER'

The week of the engagement, a source exclusively told The Sun Scott "always believed they'd get back together" before her sudden engagement to Travis and feels that he had "officially lost her."

After news of the romantic proposal hit social media, fans were quick to question how Kourtney's baby daddy was feeling after years of trying to win her back after cheating allegations.

An insider spilled: "Scott knew the engagement was coming because Kourtney indicated that the relationship was serious, but it hasn’t stopped him from feeling rejected, like he's officially lost her.

"He had always hoped they would reunite and get back together but is now having to come to terms with the fact that's never going to happen.

"He felt she'd come around eventually and he'd just fill his time with young women, dating and having fun, until she was ready to get serious."

The source added: "He thinks Kourtney and Travis' relationship is very over the top and knew it wouldn't be long before he popped the question, but now it's beginning to feel very real."

The Sun reached out to Scott Disick's rep for comment, but did not hear back.

COMING TO TERMS

Scott has been "distancing himself" from the Kardashian clan as he is reportedly looking for space as he "processes" Kourtney's engagement.

The insider revealed to PEOPLE: "Scott hasn't really wanted to deal with Travis and Kourtney because he didn't feel like he'd have to.

"At first, it seemed like it was just a casual relationship to him, nothing serious.

“So he pretty much put that on mute.

“Hasn't been giving it too much brainpower, thinking that eventually, they'd break up."

The source continued: "But that didn't happen and now he's being forced to deal with it, which is uncomfortable.

“He knows he has to lean into the discomfort and get past it.

“He understands that it's not Kourtney's job or Travis's job to make him okay with this.

“It's his job, and if he's going to co-parent with Kourtney, which he has been, he has to process this and make his peace with it."

Scott and Kourtney dated for nearly a decade, while they share kids Mason, 11, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 6.

The source explained that "distancing himself from the family" is the best way Scott will come to terms with the engagement news.

The concluded: "It's not about them, it's not about Kourtney.

“It's about him needing some time to process this and deal with it on his own, without them.

“He'll come around soon."

Scott has remained close with Kourtney’s family and continued to play a prominent role on Keeping Up With the Kardashians following their split in 2015.

STILL FAMILY!

Kourtney's texts revealed that Scott is still included in the Kardashian family group chat.

According to the gossip site, Not Skinny But Not Fat run by influencer, Amanda Hirsch, Scott is continuing communication with the Kardashian family, despite his ex's engagement.

The page posted a screenshot to their Instagram stories of Kourtney's family group chat, circling Scott's initials as one of the contacts in the group.

The site also pointed out that Khloe's baby daddy, Tristan Thompson is also involved in their text conversations.

They captioned the snap: "Let's go back to the KAR-JENNERS OG FAM CHAT.

"TT TRISTAN THOMPSON is there which is meh But SD – SCOTT DISICK is there and like.. will Travis be added?

"Awkward!"

An insider told The Sun that the Kardashians have been "worried" about Scott's reaction to the engagement.

The source said: "He's spoken to Khloe about it, everyone is worried about him, but he feels the best thing is to take a step back and focus on being the best father he can be for their kids.

"He does think Travis is a good guy and a perfect fit for her and the family, but it hurts to see someone else making her so happy."
