Shock moment 'high' UPS driver Tamarius Davis, 22, 'shoots at passersby before killing a dad and dancing over his body'

NEW video allegedly shows Tamarius Davis, a UPS driver accused of shooting a dad in Miami Beach on Tuesday, shooting at passersby before he killed the 21-year-old father.

A man, allegedly Davis, was seen walking outside the Winter Haven Hotel and aiming a gun at another person walking in front of him on the sidewalk before pulling the trigger minutes before he allegedly shot and killed Dustin Wakefield in Florida in a video obtained by the Miami Herald.

Davis then walked away, the other person unharmed, before he went towards the Mexican restaurant where he allegedly killed Wakefield after threatening to shoot his infant son, The Daily Mail reported.

Just four minutes later, police arrived and found Wakefield suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Wakefield was having a meal at La Cerveceria de Barrio on Miami Beach's Ocean Drive with his wife and infant son when the shooting occurred.

The 22-year-old alleged shooter from Georgia was seen in a disturbing video clip dancing back and forth over Wakefield's body after shooting him at close range.

“The suspect pointed the gun at my nephew['s] son then Dustin replied back to him saying ‘He’s just a baby’ and then Dustin stood in front of he’s [sic] son and then he was shot,” the 21-year-old victim’s uncle Michael Wakefield said in an interview with the Daily Mail.

He added that Davis had a gun and allegedly told Dustin's son, “It’s time to die.”

Wakefield shielded his son by standing in front of him as Davis allegedly pulled the trigger and struck him “multiple times.”

“You can’t wrap your head around this type of evil,” the uncle said.

Police believe that Davis was high on psychedelic mushrooms when he shot the young father from Colorado who had been vacationing with his family in the area.

Davis also reportedly struck another patron when he started shooting.

Law enforcement said that person, who has not been named, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

It is not clear if Davis shot at anyone else before the incident besides the individual pictured in the video from the Herald.

He was arrested at the scene, according to WSVN, and has been charged with attempted second-degree murder and second-degree murder with a weapon.

Judge Mindy Glazer ordered Davis to be held at the Miami-Dade County Jail without bond and told the alleged murderer, “You're being held with no bond.”

“You shot and killed somebody in cold blood.”
