We are in the midst of national lockdown number three, and we have to get our kicks when we can – no matter how big or small.
Whilst back in normal times we wouldn’t find ourselves getting giddy with glee at the idea of changing up our laundry routine, times have changed and this may be as exciting as it gets for us this week – sigh.
It seems we aren’t the only ones who are jumping for joy over our washing habits, as Camilla Thurlow couldn't wait to share her amazing hack with us.

New mum Camilla shared her top tip – and it’s as simple as using the Dylon Colour Catcher, captioning her sponsored post: "Did you know Brits spend 56 hours a year just separating lights from darks before doing laundry?
"Anything that means I can do one load of washing instead of two is a yes from me! Thanks to DYLON Colour Catcher, I no longer have to waste time separating my loads as the handy sheets protect against colour run accidents in the wash cycles.
"Not only does Colour Catcher prevent colour run but it also protects fabric from greying and protects the brightness of clothes.
"So if you want to save 2 hours a week on laundry #DareToMix with Colour Catcher and you can spend more time doing the things you love! #ColourCatcher #DareToMix #ColourCriminals #ProofIsOnTheSheet ”

Soon the comments started flooding in, with users stating: “I literally swear by these things they are amazing – I always make sure I get some”, with another claiming: “Oh my goodness, game changer! I have bought some – they get amazing reviews too.”
Other comments weren’t quite as convinced with Camilla’s advice, with some claiming: “I have never separated my washing and not once have I had a problem” and “Why waste money on a product. Just sort as you go”
Well looks like the jury is out – but we will definitely give them a go.
