The video shows April catch a razor sharp broadhead arrow with her bare hand fired from an elliptical cam compound hunting bow using a 30ft whip.

She begins by getting her positioning right and practicing catching the arrow, before drawing her whip back.

April then pulls down her blindfold, cracks the whip to trigger the bow and catches the arrow with her right hand.

One person commenting on the video, which has almost 25,000 views, said: ‘How many times you have to do that to get it? I’m guessing a few hundred times.’

Another said: ‘Great way to win a Darwin award.’

In another six-step process video, Alicia runs through how to whip a bow and then catch an arrow blindfolded.

She begins by calibrating the position of the bow, firing an arrow through a target roughly where she will be standing.

April practices catching the arrow without a blindfold beforehand and marks her position with a wooden block.

April has made appearances on the Super Bowl, the Late Late Show with James Corden, the Gong Show, the Today Show and the Daily Glow.

She is the creator and producer of the Fire Eating Tricktionary, a list of names and descriptions of tricks, and is also skilled in fire arts and circus tricks.

In 2018, April and her partner Bethany Byrnes stunned their wedding guests when they set their dresses on fire after walking down the aisle.

They enlisted guests from each of their respective wedding parties to torch the trains of their gowns just moments after they exchanged vows.

Dramatic footage shows flames engulfing the dresses, which were specially altered to make the trains detachable, allowing the women to cast them off at a moment’s notice if the fire became too hot to handle.
